Practice Opening Hours

As a result of the Covid-19 situation here in the UK our current hours are as follows:

Monday          9:30am – 1:30pm & 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Tuesday          1:30pm  – 7:30pm

Wednesday    Massage appointments only

Thursdays      8:30am – 1:30pm

Friday             9:30am – 1:30pm & 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Massage Appointments are available on Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.

Our practice is very easy to find – we’re right in the middle of the Team Valley just off the central roundabout in the small group of shops located half way along Kingsway. We are also surrounded by ample free parking at the front and rear of the building.

Free Screenings

If you’d like some general advice about a health problem you may be experiencing before deciding whether to arrange an appointment for an initial consultation, our free screening appointments may be just what you are looking for.

These appointments take 10-20 minutes, offer a quick and easy way to ask any questions you may have and can be carried out in person or over the telephone.
