Introducing Marks Daily AppleOctober 29, 2014
We really like Marks Daily Apple – it’s a great health blog that taps into some of the key principles of the primal/paleo/ancestral health movement to help people lead active and healthy lives.
In their blog and accompanying free podcasts Mark and his team provide some fantastic information and insights about nutrition, exercise and many other health related topics, and much of it ties in nicely with our “Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well, Stay Well” philosophy of health, so we encourage you to check it out for yourself.
In the meantime, we’ve put together a list of some of the most interesting podcasts that we found up to the end of July 2014, but there is plenty more great information beyond that date, so have a listen and see what you think.
